Want to request compensation due to overvoltage? Here’s how!
Download, complete, and send the request below to your electricity supplier if you want to claim compensation in case your appliances were damaged due to overvoltage.
Voltage variations and quality verification
We do everything possible to distribute electricity under proper technical conditions, but fluctuations can sometimes be unavoidable. Causes of high voltage variations may include electricity theft, unapproved residential area developments, power restoration after an outage, your internal installation, and more.
Submit a complaint about voltage quality, and we will respond within 20 calendar days. We will monitor quality parameters at the delimitation point (between our installation and your internal installation) for seven consecutive days by installing a quality analyzer. The monitoring cost is covered by us unless it is determined that the quality drop is caused by you or if it is your second unjustified complaint within a month. If your complaint is justified, we will compensate you with 130 RON (for low voltage) or 270 RON (for medium and high voltage).

Registration of vulnerable customers
For individuals whose lives depend on electricity, such as those using oxygen devices, we ensure power supply continuity under all conditions through special means. We take all necessary measures to prevent disconnection of the consumption site, prioritize the resolution of unplanned outages, guarantee an additional power source, and provide the vulnerable customer with an emergency phone number.
To register you as a vulnerable consumer, the holder of the electricity supply or distribution contract at your residence must submit the following documents to us through the supplier:
- a request including the name of the vulnerable person, the address, the POD of the consumption site, and a contact phone number;
- a valid medical document certifying the vulnerability, stamped by the specialist doctor and endorsed by the family doctor;
- a copy of the identity card of the vulnerable person (the address may be different from the consumption site);
- a copy of the identity card of the contract holder (if different).
Attention: We prioritize calls from the registered phone number – please notify us if it changes!
