In its activities of processing personal data (also known as “Personal Data” – name, address, ID card/passport number, POD, electricity consumption, and others), Rețele Electrice România undertakes all necessary actions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data. Moreover, Rețele Electrice România respects the rights of the data subjects in accordance with European Union Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
