Use your online account to submit a request!

The easiest way to submit a request or a solicitation for information is through your online account, which you can use whether you are a residential consumer, business, electricity producer, or prosumer.

Create a simple and quick online account on our website. Log in directly if you already have one.

On the main page of your account, you will find the “Serviciul online Sesizări” category in the right-hand menu.

Click on the “Înregistrează o cerere (reclamație, sesizare, cerere de informații)” option.

Under “Tipologie”, select “Cereri”. In the “Tipar” field, different request types will be displayed – choose the one that best suits your needs.

You can submit a report (about energy/equipment theft, the condition of installations, public lighting, compensations, and more), a request for information, or a complaint (about voltage and other technical data related to distributed electricity, meters, disconnection, and others).

To submit a report, you can also use the Contact page form! Select the “Sesizări” category, follow the steps as instructed in the form, and we will process your request and respond as soon as possible!
