Power supplementation without modifying the connection to the power grid installation

Stages
Before requesting a power supplementation, we recommend checking the approved power (maximum simultaneous power that can be absorbed) at the desired consumption place, as stated in the ATR or the connection to the power grid certificate. Then, calculate the total power of all the consumers you want to use at the same time. To find out the total power, use the table “Guide to completing the application and questionnaire necessary to obtain the ATR“, on the page “Requests and documents”.
Submitting the power supplementation request and necessary documentation
Responsible:
clientEstimated duration:
1 calendar dayThe first step in obtaining a power supplementation is to submit a request – either from your online account or physically at one of your electricity supplier’s customer service offices.
You can find power supplementation requests here. Make sure that when completing the connection request, you check “dezvoltarea unui utilizator existent”. In addition to the power supplementation request, you also need to submit other documents at this stage, which you can find in the “Requests for connection to the power grid” section on the Requests and Documents page.

distributorRegulated duration:
10 working daysWe evaluate the submitted request and documentation and will provide a response within a maximum of ten working days – either in your account (if you submitted the documents online) or through your supplier.
At the same time, you will receive the invoice for issuing the ATR. We will send you the ATR after you have paid this invoice. Information about the costs of issuing the ATR and connection can be found here. For payment, follow the instructions on the invoice.
Establishing the connection solution and issuing the ATR
Responsible:
distributorRegulated duration:

These details will be included in the ATR, a document we issue, but which will only reach you after you have paid the invoice mentioned above.
After obtaining the ATR, you can contest it if, for example, the proposed connection solution does not seem suitable. You can do this by submitting a request online through your account or physically through your supplier, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receiving the ATR. You will receive our response within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
Submitting the request to sign the connection to the power grid contract
Responsible:

The list of ANRE-certified companies can be found here. You will then need to pay the invoice for issuing the ATR if you have not done so already. As soon as you have the ATR, download the request for signing the connection and design/execution contract here. Complete it and send it to us either through your online account or through your supplier.
