Connection to the power grid: you want to obtain the ATR to access a financing program other than “Casa Verde”

The connection to the power grid process begins when you submit a connection request (Appendix 4) to us, the distribution operator. Create an online account on our website here and upload the completed request to your account.

Once you submit the documentation, we will respond within a maximum of five working days via your online account. If the documents are complete and correct, you will receive an invoice for the ATR. After paying the invoice, you will receive the ATR. Information about costs related to issuing the ATR and connection can be found here. Payment instructions are included in the issued invoice. If the documents are incomplete or incorrect, you will receive a response with clarifications or required modifications.

The distribution operator determines the technical connection solution (route and necessary materials) within a maximum of 15 working days. These details will be included in the ATR, which you will receive after paying the invoice. If you are not satisfied with the proposed technical solution, you can contest the ATR via your account within 30 calendar days. We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

To start the connection to the power grid works, you must choose whether to proceed with the distribution operator or an ANRE-certified company. After selecting your option, ensure you have paid the ATR invoice if you haven’t already. Once you obtain the ATR, download the request for signing the connection contract, complete it, and submit it via your account.

After reviewing the request, if all information is correct and complete, we will send the connection contract within a maximum of three working days.

You sign the connection to the power grid contract received from us.

You pay the connection to the power grid costs as specified in the connection contract.

The distribution operator or an ANRE-certified company will design and execute the connection works. At this stage, additional documents or approvals may be required, which will be obtained by the contractor. The documents will be submitted online. After obtaining all approvals, the execution of your connection must be completed within a maximum of 90 calendar days.

An ANRE-certified company of your choice will prepare the usage installation file, which contains the necessary documents to continue the process. We inspect the executed works, and if everything is in compliance, the connection installation (the infrastructure outside your property up to the meter) will be commissioned.

Within three days of completing the works and performing operational tests, we will issue the connection certificate, which confirms that your new consumption and generation point is connected to the network.

To use and inject electricity into the network, you must sign a contract with an electricity supplier. After signing the contract, we will install the meter at your home.

After signing the contract with the supplier, we will energize the usage installation within a maximum of five working days.

At the end of the connection process, we will adjust the costs based on the documents and expenses outlined in the ATR. If applicable, you will receive a partial refund according to the calculation formulas established by ANRE that we apply.
