After submitting the documentation to us, we will respond within a maximum of two working days. You will receive a notification in your account.

If the documents are complete and correct, you will receive an invoice for updating the connection to the power grid certificate (CER). Information about the costs related to updating the CER can be found here. Payment instructions are included in the issued invoice. If the documents are incomplete or incorrect, you will receive a response with the necessary clarifications or modifications.

Within a maximum of 5 days from receiving the complete documentation, we will replace or reprogram the existing meter for a testing period to ensure everything functions optimally.

Within a maximum of 3 days after completing the tests, we will issue the connection certificate, a document confirming that your new consumption and production location is connected to the grid.
