Steps for connecting to the power grid
Connecting to the power grid involves several steps, which we have broken down below into stages and steps to make the process easier to follow.
Submitting the connection to the power grid notification and required documentation

1 calendar dayThe connection to the power grid process starts when you submit a connection notification (Appedix 2) to us, the distribution operator. Create an online account on our website here and upload the completed request to your account.
Evaluation of the request and verification of documentation

2 working daysAfter submitting the documentation to us, we will respond within a maximum of two working days. You will receive a notification in your account.
If the documents are complete and correct, you will receive an invoice for updating the connection to the power grid certificate (CER). Information about the costs related to updating the CER can be found here. Payment instructions are included in the issued invoice. If the documents are incomplete or incorrect, you will receive a response with the necessary clarifications or modifications.
Replacing/scheduling your meter

5 working dayWithin a maximum of 5 days from receiving the complete documentation, we will replace or reprogram the existing meter for a testing period to ensure everything functions optimally.
Issuing the connection to the power grid certificate

3 working daysWithin a maximum of 3 days after completing the tests, we will issue the connection certificate, a document confirming that your new consumption and production location is connected to the grid.
Signing the sale-purchase contract
