Power supplementation with connection to the power grid installation modification

Stages
Before requesting a power supplementation, we recommend checking the approved power (maximum simultaneous power that can be absorbed) at your desired consumption place, as stated in the ATR or the connection certificate. Then, calculate the total power of all the consumers you want to use at the same time. To find out the total power, use the table “Guide for completing the ATR request and questionnaire (for consumers)”, on the page “Requests and documents“.
Submitting the power supplementation request and necessary documentation
Responsible:
clientEstimated duration:
1 calendar dayThe first step in obtaining the power supplementation is to submit a request – either through your online account or physically at one of your electricity supplier’s offices.
You can find power supplementation requests here under the name “connection requests.” Make sure to check the “dezvoltarea unui utilizator existent” box when filling in the connection request. In addition to the power supplementation request, you must also submit other documents at this stage, which you can learn more about here.

These details will be included in the ATR, which we issue, but you will receive it only after paying the invoice from the previous step.
Once you obtain the ATR, you can contest it if, for example, the proposed connection solution does not seem suitable. You can do this by submitting a request online through your account or physically through the supplier within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receiving the ATR. You will receive our response within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Then, you will need to pay the invoice for issuing the ATR if you have not done so already. Once you have the ATR, download the request for signing the connection and design/execution contract from here. Complete it and send it to us either through your online account or through your supplier.
