Compensations for reconnection to the power grid

Compensations you may receive if we delay reconnection to the power grid, installation, replacement, or meter reading
Ensuring a continuous electricity supply to consumers is a priority for us, and we act quickly when it is necessary to reconnect homes or businesses to power grid after outstanding electricity bills have been paid, or when a new meter needs to be installed or a faulty one replaced.
When, due to objective reasons, we delay reconnection, the installation of a new meter, the replacement of a faulty one, or the meter reading, we are legally required (according to the Performance Standard for the distribution service) to grant you certain compensations.

The compensation for any of the situations mentioned above will reach you through us, your electricity distributor, if you have a direct distribution contract with us, or through your electricity supplier if the distribution contract is concluded with the ladder.
