Project: “Increasing the reliability of the electricity supply in the locality of Mogoșoaia by modernizing the Mogoșoaia, Oxigen, BDP1, BDP2, Radar Otopeni, and Otopeni1 lines”
Total value, including the financing percentage through the Modernization Fund:
The total project value is 72,891,283.18 RON, VAT included.
The maximum amount covered by the Modernization Fund is 80% of the eligible expenses, equivalent to 48,310,028.80 RON.
The amount covered by the beneficiary (REM) is 24,581,254.39 RON, VAT included.
Location and identification of each investment:
The investment objective is located in the Bucharest-Ilfov area, Ilfov county, covering almost the entire UAT of Mogoșoaia and certain sections of the UAT Chitila.
Main project activities
The investment project consists of the following components:
Component C1:
Modernization of the 20 kV electrical line Mogoșoaia, Otopeni, Oxigen, BDP1, BDP2, Radar Otopeni.
Component C2:
Modernization, establishment, and reconfiguration substations along the 20 kV Mogoșoaia, Otopeni 1, Oxigen, BDP1, BDP2, Radar Otopeni LE. Integration of PTAB units into the LV network.
Component C3:
Modernization of substations along the 20 kV Mogoșoaia, Otopeni 1, Oxigen, BDP1, BDP2, and Radar Otopeni LE, installation of RTU-MT for remote control, and integration into SCADA/ADMS. Modernization of the communication network using fiber optic.
Component C4:
Development of technical spaces and securing operations and access to electrical installations, including anti-intrusion systems.
By implementing the above components, the project aims to achieve the following:
- Modernization, establishment, and reconfiguration of a total of 40 substations/connection points on the 20 kV Mogoșoaia LE, including the integration of those supplied by the 20 kV Oxigen LE and Radar Otopeni LE, relocating them from private to public land.
- Modernization, establishment, and reconfiguration of a total of 6 substations/connection points on the 20 kV BDP2 line, relocating them from private to public land.
- Modernization, establishment, and reconfiguration of a total of 8 substations/connection points on the 20 kV Otopeni 1 LE, relocating them from private to public land.
- Modernization, establishment, and reconfiguration of a total of 4 substations on the 20 kV BDP1 LE, relocating them from private to public land.
- Digitalization and increased operational security of communication systems through the installation of a fiber optic network associated with modernized/new MV lines.
- Installation of 56 quality analyzers, one for each transformer station.
- Installation of anti-intrusion systems in all substations within the project’s scope.
- Modernization of the MV network by introducing remote control and measurement equipment (RTU-MT), integrating them into SCADA – MV, for all 115 dubstations within the project’s scope.
- Modernization of the 20 kV Mogoșoaia, Otopeni 1, Oxigen, BDP1, BDP2, and Radar Otopeni LE over a total of 57.39 km.
