Project: “Modernization of the 20 kV LEA in Perișoru, Călărași county”
Total value, including the financing percentage through the Modernization Fund:
The total project value is 96.459.978,33 RON, VAT included.
The maximum amount covered by the Modernization Fund is 80% of the eligible expenses, equivalent to 57.053.899,19 RON.
The amount covered by the beneficiary (RED) is 39.406.079,14 RON, VAT included.
Location and identification of each investment:
The investment objective is located in the Eastern Region, Călărași county, within the urban area of Perișoru.
Main project activities
The investment project consists of the following components:
Component C1:
Modernization of neutral treatment groups in the Ștefan cel Mare station.
Component C2:
Modernization of the 20 kV LEA in Perișoru.
Component C3:
Modernization, establishment of PCs and PTAB units, conversion of PTA units into PTAB units, relocation and replacement of PCZ units with PTAB units.
Component C4:
Modernization of PT/PC units, installation of remote control equipment, and integration into SCADA/ADMS. Expansion of modernization through LV network monitoring with quality analyzers in new PT units. Installation of anti-intrusion systems at PT/PC units. Preparation for the introduction of new communication technologies for the digital remote monitoring and control system.
Component C5:
Integration of new PTAB units into the LV network.
Component C6:
Modernization of LV lines (power and lighting) and connections in Ștefan cel Mare and Perișoru localities.
Component C7:
Reconstruction of subscriber distribution columns.
Project objectives, aligned with those of the Modernization Fund:
- Modernization of 20 kV neutral treatment groups in the Ștefan cel Mare electrical station by upgrading 2 neutral treatment groups for each section of the MV busbar.
- Modernization/reconfiguration of the 20 kV Overhead Power Line (LEA) in Perișoru, supplied from the 110/20/6 kV Ștefan cel Mare transformer station.
- Modernization, including the establishment and relocation from private to public land, of a total of 17 transformer stations and 3 connection points within the 20 kV LEA in Perișoru.
- Migration of the communication system to a fiber optic network (for data exchange between RTU-MT and SCADA/ADMS).
- Expansion of LV distribution network monitoring at the transformer station output level by installing 17 quality analyzers and ensuring compliance with performance standards imposed by ANRE.
- Securing operations and access to electrical installations by installing anti-intrusion systems for each of the 20 newly installed PT/PC units.
- Integration of new PTAB units into the LV network.
- Modernization/reconfiguration of the overhead LV network Ștefan cel Mare and Perișoru localities.
- Modernization of connections and relocation of metering units to the property boundary for 2.515 consumers in Ștefan cel Mare and Perișoru localities.
- Reconstruction of distribution columns.
