Large Infrastructure Operational Program (POIM)
The Large Infrastructure Operational Program (POIM) was developed to address Romania’s development needs, as identified in the Partnership Agreement 2014-2020 and in line with the Common Strategic Framework and the European Commission’s Service Position Paper.
The modernization fund
The Modernization Fund was established as a financing mechanism under Directive 2003/87/EC of 13 October 2003 of the European Parliament and of the European Council, for establishing a system for trading greenhouse gas emission allowances within the European Union and for amending Directive 96/61/EC. Sustainable Development Program
The Sustainable Development Program (PDD) 2021-2027 is developed in accordance with the European Union’s (EU) objective of conserving, protecting, and improving environmental quality and is aligned with Articles 11, 191, and 174 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU.
