Compensations you may receive for connection to the power grid delays
Connecting to the power grid is very important, whether you are undergoing this process for a house under construction or for an increase in power supply.
The most important role in connection to grid is ours, as the distribution operator. That’s why we try to complete the stages we are responsible for as quickly as possible. Moreover, we are legally required to meet certain deadlines. If we fail to do so, you are entitled to receive compensations from us, as stipulated by law in the Performance Standard for the distribution service.
