Your requests are very important to us, your electricity distributor, and we strive to respond to all of them as quickly as possible.

Compensations you may receive for delayed responses
In situations where we are unable to respond within the maximum number of calendar days stipulated by law, we will grant compensations. Below, you can find information about the compensations we offer to our customers, based on voltage level, request type, and consumer type (individual or business):

The compensation for any of the situations mentioned above will reach you through us, your electricity distributor, if you have a direct distribution contract with us, or through your electricity supplier, if the distribution contract is concluded through them.
